TERMS & BILLING

Service Terms

These terms explain monthly billing, cancellations, refunds, service scope, and responsibilities when purchasing 32Elevate services.

Effective and last updated: August 24, 2026

Monthly Billing

Monthly plans are billed automatically through Stripe at the price and billing interval displayed during checkout. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges until the plan is canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing hello@32elevate.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not end access to services already paid for during the current billing period.

Refunds

Monthly payments are nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. 32Elevate does not provide prorated refunds for unused time during a billing period.

Service Scope

Your selected plan includes only the services and limits shown on the Pricing page or confirmed in writing. Additional work, advertising spend, paid software, and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely information, access, feedback, and approvals needed to perform the services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving marketing materials and communications before use.

Third-Party Platforms

Stripe, email platforms, social networks, advertising services, and other third-party tools operate under their own terms, pricing, policies, and availability. 32Elevate is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Ownership & Permitted Use

After full payment, clients may use final materials created specifically for their business. 32Elevate retains ownership of its preexisting methods, systems, templates, know-how, and general resources unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Results, Liability & Written Agreements

Specific marketing or business results are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, 32Elevate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. A signed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
